What kind of white wine would you use to cook mussels?

Published by admin under white wine

I’m buying fresh mussels and I’m going to cook them in butter, onions, garlic and white wine, then serve them over linguine. I am coming to your house, and I will bring the wine. My favorite to cook them in is chardonney, nice mild flavor, but I often use chablis. I also add fresh herbs, [...]

Why do people treat wine as a marker of civilization, sophistication?

Published by admin under wine

I want to start my own winery?

Published by admin under winery

Is obtaining the license to run a small winery in Michigan difficult? What does the process consist of? Start by contacting some of the existing wine makers… they will have a wealth of knowledge that they will likely be glad to share. As for the license itself, check out the link to the .gov website… [...]

Published by admin under wine

I am not a wine drinker due to allergies. Can you recommend any good dinner wines with a CORK in the bottle? My aunt is a wine drinker. I got her a really fancy cork remover (and some other things) for Christmas. I would like to supplement the present with a nice wine as well. [...]
